
About This Course:
Feng Shui is an ancient practice that began over 3,500 years ago in Asia. “Feng Shui” literally means “wind + water.” Feng Shui experienced a resurgence in the US during the 1980s and has been popular ever since. It consists of universal principles of site and space planning, involving establishing axes and locating significant objects. Attendees will learn how to apply these ancient principles to today’s contemporary design and planning projects.
Learning Objectives:
1. Learn how the proper placement of objects in a floor plan, or a site plan, can create a feeling of harmony and well-being amongst its occupants
2. Describe how Feng Shui can produce a more productive work environment
3. Understand how the principles of Feng Shui can promote the health, safety, and welfare of building occupants
4. Describe how this design tool can be used to create aesthetically pleasing designs for all major construction types
About the Speaker:

Feng Shui architectural and interior design consultations help people redesign their life through their personal and business spaces. R.D.’s goal is to help people make harmonious changes and to give clarity to their life using their own environment as a dialogue to reflect upon their wishes and needs. R.D. also teaches classes at the New York Open Center, the Long Island Feng Shui Institute, and the New England School of Feng Shui teaching practical Feng Shui principles using actual case studies with slides and drawings. He also does custom-designed presentations for companies and organizations. He personally co-creating with each client their own masterplan of their life’s journey via their home or workspaces. At the end of each consultation, the client has colorful and practical floor plans with a clear list of priorities that can be easily implemented within their budget. R.D. is very blessed with lots of consultations by referral.
